HAWK SAFETY SERVICES

Sponsorship Opportunities

Why is Hawk Safety Services look for sponsorship and what would a potential sponsor expect in return for supporting Hawk Safety Services?

Have you ever been at a Motorsport meeting and seen a Stage Safety Unit attending an incident or just chasing a race start? Ever wondered who the people dressed in fire retardant race suits and helmets that crew the SSU rescue vehicles are? Would it surprise you to know that those people are all volunteers, and that those volunteer crew members have given up two years of their time to train and qualify before they are even allowed out onto a rescue or SSU unit ?

If the crew is manned by volunteer's who provides the SSU & Rescue vehicles? Contrary to most people's belief the SSU-Rescue vehicles are all privately owned, some units are owned and operated by major racing clubs like BRSCC, BARC and BRDC but the majority of SSU vehicles are owned and operated by independent organisations like Hawk Safety Services. Hawk  operates as a limited, non-profit making company with a board of directors made up from crew members.

So the vehicles are owned and operated by a limited, non profit making company? Where then does the money required to operate the vehicle come from? Simple, teams like Hawk  request than any race or rally meeting organiser whose events we attend make a donation to cover costs and nothing more.

If we don't make a profit how do we keep the vehicles and equipment up to date and in such good order? Simple answer; with great difficulty, which is why our sponsors support is so important.

So if you were to sponsor our team what would you expect in return? our vehicle will carry your logo in a highly visible position, our web-site has links to our sponsors and associates. We will make your company very visible in live Motorsport, TV and the media.

If you want to raise your company profile by sponsoring Hawk Safety Services E-mail  Eric Little through our web link or ring Eric  on 07799 664341 who will be happy to answer your questions.

LAND ROVER 110 or A Disco

would be the ideal replacement vehicle.
