In between stages a spot of training takes place.
This was the introduction of another method of
FAST EVACUATION.
This being used if Scene becomes too dangerous for the casualty and Emergency crews.
The casualty is "C" span supported by one crew member and leaned forward slightly and to the "outside" of the car. This being accomplished by holding your arms very stiffly to the chest and back of the casualty.
The second crew member gets hold of the casualty by the trunk area, under arms, waist, belt, overalls etc.
Then the casualty can then be extracted to the ground with full C span support by placing the head between the legs of the second crew member.
